1. If you could be any superhero, who would it be?: Green Lantern.

2. What do you usually think about right before falling asleep?:
I hope Sophia sleeps through the night...

3. Which RuMe product do you use the most?:
The Mini RuMe - It's perfect to put shoes in when traveling, or dirty clothes. Ideal for packing your lunch or as a perfect little gym bag when I only take an IPod, headphones and card. It's a great everyday size.

4. What is your guilty pleasure?:
Used to be Denver Broncos football, but right now I have no idea on the direction of the team - I am a lost man on Sunday.

5. Favorite RuMe Pattern: Necktie - The colors are for my alma mater.

6. Favorite meal: Any Korean food that my mother cooks up.

7. Person you would like to meet?: President Barack Obama.

8. What is the greatest moment you have witnessed live?:
A meteor shower on our final ascent up Mt. Kilimanjaro. The colors were indescribable - It was like a higher being was saying hello.

9. Where does the name RuMe come from?:
Short for ReUseMe - The name came to me at three o'clock in the morning the evening we thought of launching a reusable bag company.

10. What made you start your own business?:
It really came down to when preparation meets opportunity. We saw an opportunity to leverage my background in international trade and business, and my wife's design skills to fill a major need in the market and do our part for the environment. We all want to live a more sustainable lifestyle and we design products for that purpose. Eco made easy!

11. What is the biggest surprise that RuMe has brought to you?:
We had many discussions about where we were going to manufacturer our products. We could have easily gone down the "low cost producer" road but we took a calculated risk, believing that consumers would pay a premium for fair trade made products in developed countries like South Korea. The overwhelming support and feedback we have received from our customers has been surprising - People really do care.

12. What are you most proud of about RuMe?:
As a two-year-old company building everything from the ground up, I am proud of our ability to continually innovate. We started out with one bag in nine different colors. In a little over two years, we have 12 distinct product lines and have really become a reusable products company with the mission to help eliminate our dependence on single use products.

13. Where do you see RuMe in another two years?: In a store near you.

14. Where did you go to school?:
I earned my undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and my MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

15. What was your first full time job out of college?:
I worked for the Central Intelligence Agency as an analyst for Central Eurasia Operations.

16. Where did you grow up?: In metro Denver, Colorado.

17. Favorite Quote:
"Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

18. Preferred Mode of Communication:
Blackberry - I tried the iPhone, but for the life of me I could not type on the screen - I sent out some pretty mangled emails.

19. Favorite beverage: Water or coffee, depending the time of the day.

20. I wish I could sing like: Bono.

1. If you could be any superhero, who would it be?: Captain Planet.

2. What do you usually think about right before falling asleep?:
How did I do today?

3. Which RuMe product do you use the most?:
Sorry I can't play favorites. I start my day with the Cuff, Mini and Baggie for my lunch. I use the Medium size as briefcase, the Macro for my stop at the grocery store, and the All as Sophia's diaper bag…now if I could create a RuMe to help me cook dinner.

4. What is your guilty pleasure?: Bravo TV - Top Chef.

5. Favorite RuMe Pattern: It changes often, but I'm loving the RuMe Arbor design.

6. Favorite meal: Pizza Margherita - With the amount of pizza I ate during my pregnancy, I thought Sophia would prefer mozzarella cheese over milk!

7. Person you would like to meet?: Oprah!

8. What is the greatest moment you have witnessed live?:
While I was studying in Rome, I was fortunate enough to attend a papal mass. I was running late, and was standing at the back of the cathedral, near where Pope John Paul II entered the church. As he was proceeding down the aisle, he reached his hand out and I was lucky enough to give the Pope a high five.

9. Where does the name RuMe come from?:
Short for ReUseMe - My husband awoke at three am to register a website name - Yes, I thought for a moment he was crazy.

10. What made you start your own business?:
I am the accidental entrepreneur - I did not set out to be a business owner, but as my creative responsibilities and opportunities at RuMe kept growing, I made the decision to leave my job at an ad agency in Denver and work full time at RuMe.

11. What is the biggest surprise that RuMe has brought to you?:
I'm always on the job 24/7 and I love it. It makes it all worth while when I talk to our customers and they tell me all the things they like about RuMe, whether it be our great patterns and colors, the tote design, how much a RuMe can hold or where RuMe is made…all that feedback keeps me going.

12. What are you most proud of about RuMe?:
All of the amazing uses for a RuMe, and the feedback that we are constantly receiving from our customers. One story in particular has stayed with me - One of our customers used her RuMe bag to pack up her office, she was just laid off. She told us that she wanted to leave with style and pride. It is inspiring that a RuMe can make a tough day a little bit better.
